(3) Three Raffle Tickets

**Terms and Conditions for Raffle Entry**

1. **Eligibility:**  - Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.2. **Entry:**- To enter the raffle, participants must purchase a raffle ticket.- Each raffle ticket costs $20, 3 for $50 & 7 for $100 - Raffle tickets are non-refundable.3. **Raffle Drawing:**- The drawing for the custom motorcycle will take place on a September 11th at a location that is to be determined.- The winner need not be present at the drawing. 4. **Winner Notification:** - The winner will be notified by phone, email, or mail, using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.5. **Prizes:**- The prize is an Orange County Choppers custom motorcycle, made for Ground Zero 360.- 20 NYPD OCC 9/11 Jerseys- The winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, registration fees, and insurance associated with the prize.-The cash value of the Custom Motorcycle or Jerseys can not be redeemed 6. **Publicity:** - By entering the raffle, participants grant Ground Zero 360 the right to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.7. **Release of Liability:** - Participants release Ground Zero 360 , its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the raffle. 8. **Governing Law:**  - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the City and State of New York.9. **Modification or Cancellation:**- Ground Zero 360 reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time, for any reason. 10. **Questions:**- For questions or concerns regarding the raffle or these terms and conditions, please contact info@groundzero360.org By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
